This part of my blog is all about the things I collect or the things I make myself. I love so many things, I paint and draw and want to learn oils and pastels. I knit and crochet but want to learn tatting. I embroider and can turn my hand to most things given a chance. So much still to learn and do. I live in hope of some day reading all my books, learning all I want to learn and now I am learning to blog. You will often find my original poems, poor as they are I offer them here. I also appreciate other people art and will feature things I find that I have enjoyed. That includes pictures of fairies and fantasy or maybe just anything beautiful.
I try to use my own photo's as much as possible, sometimes I borrow from the web. If I inadvertently use your picture without giving credit, please do let me know and I will either credit or remove it, I hope you will do the same with mine.

Pink Saturday................

I love to try to watercolour, not always very successful but I have found that I find a lot of inspiration from peoples blogs. So it is that I am joining in this Pink Saturday again. This time I am featuring a couple of paintings that I have done. I want to thank How Sweet the sound for hosting the party.

I have not sewn in a couple of years. There has been so much going on in my life (explained on Bluebell Woods blog) but I am hoping to get back to that very soon.

    I have one or two watercolors that a dear artist friend did for me. She is no longer with us, so they are more important. You do excellent work. I love art and quilts.

    What a gorgeous share today. I love the gerannium painting, it drew me right in. The quilt is absolutely breathtaking. My goodness you have so many talents.

    The little pink jacket and bear are so precious that you made for your grand daughter Reina. I am sure she is SO hugging on that bear, and her little jacket of pink is keeping her warm as well. Priceless.
