This part of my blog is all about the things I collect or the things I make myself. I love so many things, I paint and draw and want to learn oils and pastels. I knit and crochet but want to learn tatting. I embroider and can turn my hand to most things given a chance. So much still to learn and do. I live in hope of some day reading all my books, learning all I want to learn and now I am learning to blog. You will often find my original poems, poor as they are I offer them here. I also appreciate other people art and will feature things I find that I have enjoyed. That includes pictures of fairies and fantasy or maybe just anything beautiful.
I try to use my own photo's as much as possible, sometimes I borrow from the web. If I inadvertently use your picture without giving credit, please do let me know and I will either credit or remove it, I hope you will do the same with mine.
If you wish to leave comments on my blog you can do that by joining google if you do not have a blog yourself, please comment if you can I appreciate that.

Tristen goes to school.............

Well the big day came and I forgot the camera. Was so eager to get him there and settled that I forgot to take pictures. All was well............he was so excited. I packed him a lovely lunch. He had a sandwich, bologna and cheese and some potato chips. A packet of cheese crackers and a bowl with apple slices and orange sections. A package of gummies. He ate the gummies. Sigh!!!! 105_0426 We got to class and was shown his locker. Took care of that and got him settled at a table with another little boy named Jay. He was all set and didn't mind at all when I left. He was as happy as can be. I guess he was a little disruptive on his first day.........another teacher said he was enthusiastic. Well 2nd day I got pictures because he is so cute with his back pack. He calls it pappap..... Photobucket With his lunch bag as well it seems as big as him. Photobucket He is so eager to go to school and I hope he always will be. I hope he will be a good student and I hope and pray for a good life for him. His mother would have loved to see him on this day. Photobucket
